Below you’ll find a download to The First Push’s Release of Liability Waiver. All students who attend classes hosted by The First Push must have their legal guardian sign, complete, and deliver this waiver on their behalf to a staff member of The First Push before participating in class. Waivers may be delivered in person, or emailed to jackwiefels93@gmail.com or jack@thefirstpush.org.
